So, Is Ryan Reynolds a Star With Green Lanter ??

Well, not exactly like Iron Man. 
The Reynolds-led Green Lantern came away with an estimated $52.7 million Friday-Sunday at domestic box office. 
The take was more than enough to win the weekend, and maybe even take the sting out of dozens (and dozens) of bad reviews. 
But the number was not enough to top modest projections, much less win the summer of the superhero. Both Thor and X-Men: First Class, neither of which boasted stars, opened bigger.
Still, Hollywood.com box-office analyst Paul Dergarabedian thinks Reynolds, fronting his first would-be blockbuster, two years after breaking out in Sandra Bullock's The Proposal and X-Men Origins: Wolverine, comes away unscathed.
"He led the box office," Dergarabedian said today. "This isn't a terrible opening."
And if it wasn't a great opening, then that's not necessarily the fault of its leading man.
"None of these [superhero movies this summer] are $100 million-plus [openers] because this is going to be what happens when you delve into the lesser-known heroes," he said.
Six summers ago, not even Batman could put together a $50 million weekend (for Batman Begins). Now, post-Iron Man, post-Dark Knight, the bar is higher—and so are the budgets. Green Lantern reportedly cost as much as $200 million to produce. 

That's a lot of green for any star—or hero—to make good on.
Elsewhere, Super 8, last weekend's No. 1 film, slipped to second, but showed staying power.
Jim Carrey's family movie, Mr. Popper's Penguins, did OK, debuting in third.
The rise of DC's Green Lantern, meanwhile, basically meant the end of Marvel's Thor. The latter film dropped from the Top 10 after a six-weekend stay, and, per Box Office Mojo stats, a $435 million-plus worldwide gross. Fast Five also ended its Top 10 run, after seven weekends and $588 million worldwide.

And just for kicks, the DJ played her new debut single, "Club Queen," which just so happened to be released Tuesday, the day they called the whole thing off.
Needless to say, Harris is doing just fine post-split.
"I'm doing OK," Harris told E! News cameras at the event. "I just had to get away. Today is the day, and I just had to get away."
And as for why she called off the wedding in the first place, Harris said at the event, "I wanted to be true to myself and be true to what was best for everybody. It was a mutual decision between the both of us. I'm giving Hef back the ring…I just want to move forward."So, what did Hef's ex and E's own Vegas queen, Holly Madison, think of Harris's pool party?"That's disgusting and whoever booked her is tacky!" Holly tweeted Saturday about the shindig.

When the actress said director Michael Bay "wants to be like Adolf Hitler" in an interview, she may have angered someone other than the Transformers auteur.

Bay says it was Spielberg—the Schindler's List director and founder of the USC Shoah Foundation Institute—who objected the most strenuously to the insult, according to an inteview with The Daily Mail.

Although the 25-year-old stunner claimed she left the series to pursue other acting opportunities, Bay reportedly told the Daily Mail, "You know the Hitler thing. Steven (Spielberg) said, fire her right now."


And while the director claimed he wasn't hurt by Fox's comments comparing him to a racist, genocidal dictator, Spielberg is the executive producer of the flick.
Following that interview to British magazine Wonderland, crew members from the film released an open letter, in which they supported Bay and hammered Fox, calling her "dumb as a rock," among other things.
Fox was later replaced by Victoria Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whitely in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, which hits theaters July 1.

Bruce Jenner deals with plenty of drama as the patriarch of the Kardashian clan, and his girls are all eager to let him have a great Father’s Day!

Bruce, 61, is going to recieve some serious bling from his girls, Khloe Kardashian tells E! Online.

“Kourtney, Kim and I, we’re gonna, because he got his ears pierced, maybe go in on a pair of diamond studs,” she says. “We’re like, we need to jazz him up a little bit. We gotta get him a little diamond action going on. But we don’t know if that’s too girly.”

Although the plan is in motion, the girls aren’t TOO sure how the gift will go over!

“Robert wears diamond studs,” she says. “Bruce makes fun of Rob for wearing them, so we don’t know if that’s a good present or not.”

Worst case scenario, the ladies know the easiest way to Bruce’s heart.

“I asked Bruce what he wants to do and he’s like, ‘just play golf,’” she says. “So I might watch Kendalland Kylie for him while he goes to play golf. He’s the easiest person. He doesn’t care.”

Whatever Bruce gets, he totally deserve it — those Kardashians can be a handful!

The 30-minute Channel Island Helicopter flights are set to take off June 24th and 25th -- exactly two years since Jackson died after a Propofol-induced cardiac arrest.
During the flight, passengers are encouraged to honor the late entertainer by chucking his favorite flower -- a red rose -- out of the helicopter mid-flight ... over nearby Zaca Peak.
